Reprographic film is NOT ACCEPTABLE as the magazine is produced using 'disc-to-plate' system from printer PDFs

Acceptable Software Formats

Mac Format
QuarkXpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, TIF, EPS (with all fonts supplied or converted to outlines.) JPEG.

Mac Media
Artwork should be sent on CD/DVD (with hard copy proof).
Email also accepted (files smaller than 10mb).

PC Formats
NOT SUPPORTED

High Resolution Images
All images must be supplied at high resolution, i.e. 300dpi and in CYMK. Hils Publications cannot be held responsible for results of files supplied in either RGB or low resolution.

All files must be accompanied by a hard copy proof supplied in a folder clearly marked for attention of either "Ladies First" or "TIARA" stating the relevant issue number.
