Suzie Horan designs Eisteddfod Crown

Award winning contemporary silversmith and jeweller Suzie Horan, based in Cardiff, is proud to have been honoured with designing and creating this year's Welsh Eisteddfod Crown. And an exquisite design it is!
Suzie Horan, contemporary silversmith and jeweller, has designed and created this year’s Eisteddfod Crown. To be invited to complete such an important commission is a huge honour in Wales. Suzie has also won several prestigious awards for her work including the Gold Medal for Craft & Design at the National Eisteddfod 2008, British Silver Week Young Designer of the Year 2008 and Craftsmanship and Design Awards at Goldsmiths Hall London for three years running.
Suzie has a Contemporary Jewellery & Design Gallery at 32 Wyndham Crescent in Cardiff. Her workshop is also based on the premises. She undertakes commissions and offers tuition to groups and individuals.
